Dealers meeting
On Jan 29th 2005 JetControl’s annual dealers meeting was held in the company headquarters in Zagreb. Despite sub-zero temperatures and plenty of snow on the ground, distributors from Cyprus, Italy, Turkey and Croatia managed to attend. Unfortunately, our colleagues from Spain and France could not be there with us.
The main purposes of this meeting were to present JetControl’s new products and provide technical training to ensure the best possible service to our customers, but also to share experiences and information across markets.
In an informal and pleasant atmosphere the distributors were introduced to the JetControl team, and got to understand the production process. Our product development team explained the technology used by all JetControl products. Emphasis was placed on explaining proper system usage and installation, as well as troubleshooting minor problems that can occur due to inadequate handling.
The most exciting part of the meeting was the presentation of JetControl’s new products developed for different users’ needs.
The HandBox, our new control unit, designed for the demanding rental operator that needs to be mobile attracted a lot of attention. The BoosterBox which increases the system’s reach has been eagerly expected by our customers that require an extended operating range. Our Family solution is a product specially designed for safety-conscious parents for monitoring their children on the craft. The FlashBox, a professional product developed exclusively for our distributors will enable them to constantly upgrade the software in customers’ units to add new functions.
Continuous conversation between the distributors, JetControl’s engineers and marketing experts provided feedback about various issues faced by rental operators and other users of our products. Possible ways of solving them were immediately discussed with the R&D team and will be incorporated in our future products. Also, characteristics of local markets, brand building, customer service, warrantee registration, and tracking of market trends were discussed with each distributor individually. The friendly atmosphere continued into the evening when all participants of the meeting had a chance to enjoy specialities of Croatian cuisine.
